Website terms

Clear terms make better work.

Pre-publication draft: This is not a substitute for project-specific terms. Business details and governing documents require verification and South African legal review.

1. Supplier information

Website owner/supplier: Creation Dynamix, legal entity required
Registration number: required
VAT number/status: required
Physical address and domicile: required
Telephone and email: required
Website: www.creationdynamix.co.za

2. Website use

You may use this website for lawful information, enquiry and purchasing purposes. You may not probe security, introduce malicious code, scrape at disruptive scale, impersonate another person, infringe rights, or use downloads contrary to their stated licence.

3. Enquiries, quotations and projects

Submitting an enquiry does not create a binding project agreement. Work begins only after written scope, price, timing, responsibilities and commercial terms are accepted and any required deposit clears. Estimates may change when the brief, assumptions or requested deliverables change.

Project-specific terms should define revision rounds, client delays, approvals, cancellation, expenses, source files, third-party licences, usage rights, confidentiality, warranties and liability. Where specialist capability or third-party services are used, Creation Dynamix remains the client-facing contractor unless the written proposal states otherwise.

4. Intellectual property

The website, studio identity, text and original demonstration designs are protected. Portfolio tiles currently demonstrate capability and are not represented as named client projects. For paid work, ownership or licensed usage transfers only as stated in the accepted proposal and generally only after full payment. Pre-existing tools, methods, typefaces, stock assets, software and third-party materials remain subject to their own rights and licences.

5. Digital products and payments

No live checkout is enabled in this release. When activated, the product page must state the exact description, format, compatibility, licence, price in ZAR, tax treatment and delivery method before payment. Payment will be processed by the identified third-party provider under its security environment. Creation Dynamix must still fulfil the order, protect transaction records and handle customer support.

6. Accuracy and availability

We aim to keep information accurate but do not warrant uninterrupted availability or that general website content suits every purpose. Nothing on this site is professional legal, financial or technical advice. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded or limited by these terms.

7. External links and providers

External services have their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not amount to a guarantee. Creation Dynamix remains responsible for obligations the law places on it and cannot contract out of mandatory liability.

8. Governing law and complaints

These terms are intended to be governed by South African law. Before launch, insert the agreed complaint contact, service address and dispute process. Nothing limits a consumer’s right to approach a competent regulator, ombud or court.
